Since 1996, CSI Network Services has been adding value to the traditional home health and hospice network model as a resource to providers of care, payer groups and the patients being served. Initially known as CSI Infusion and Network Services, our role was to support the needs of our local infusion pharmacy and any post-acute care services required. CSI partnered with home health and hospice agencies providing them access to our payer contracts for a smooth and seamless transition of in-home care including skilled nursing, skilled therapies, and hospice services.

In 2015, Option Care Health acquired CSI Infusion and Network Services, and we emerged as two separate entities. Option Care Health remains our parent company and is the largest independent home and alternate site infusion service provider in the U.S.

CSI Network Services has also flourished and grown into a Network of 450+ credentialed home health and hospice providers in OH, IN, KY, MI and IL.
